Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations and refund requests for eduOpt, a product of Jangras Corporation (Jangras Private Limited). By subscribing to eduOpt, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Subscribers may cancel their eduOpt subscription at any time via the dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Once canceled, your subscription will not auto-renew at the next billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only if requested within seven (7) days of initial subscription for new accounts.
- Partial period usage or services already consumed are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds, if approved, are processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to support@eduopt.cloud with subscription details.
3. Modifications to Policy
- Jangras Corporation reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
- Material changes to the policy will be communicated via email or through the eduOpt platform.
- Continued use of eduOpt after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
