Welcome to eduOpt, a SaaS platform offered by Jangras Corporation (Jangras Private Limited). By accessing or using eduOpt, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable laws in India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Account Registration and Security

• Users must register with accurate and current information including email, institution details, and billing information.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for all activity under their account and must notify eduOpt immediately of unauthorized use.
• eduOpt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

2. Use of Services

• eduOpt is provided for managing educational institutions including students, staff, courses, exams, fees, and reports.
• Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, spamming, phishing, or unauthorized data access.
• eduOpt may update, enhance, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

3. License and Intellectual Property

• All software, content, graphics, and trademarks on eduOpt are owned by Jangras Corporation.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these terms.
• Any reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the platform is prohibited.

4. Payment and Subscription Terms

• eduOpt subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen plan.
• All payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Users are responsible for timely payment of fees. eduOpt may suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

• eduOpt is provided “as is” and “as available”. Jangras Corporation does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Jangras Corporation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jangras Corporation from claims related to their use of eduOpt.

6. Termination

• eduOpt may terminate or suspend user accounts for violation of these terms or illegal activity.
• Upon termination, user access to the platform will cease and personal data will be handled as per the Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• User data is handled according to the eduOpt Privacy Policy.
• All personal and institutional data is stored securely and used solely for platform operations.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Jangras Corporation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email or through the eduOpt platform.
